Wellness

Wellness education is an important part of the coaching I provide to my clients.

Examples of wellness activities we will discuss are:

Prayer
Daily Bible Verse Reading
Meditation
Art Therapy
Laugh Therapy
Yoga
Massage
Running
Walking

A major part of these activities is relaxation therapy, which consists of breathing techniques, imagery, and the use of natural sounds.

Additionally, wellness consists of mental and physical training that helps the healing process. Wellness requires that clients be given a basic understanding of the hormones in their body such as dopamine, oxytocin, serotonin, and endorphins.
